i'm outta the rehab game... enough's enough. went from feedin' the homeless guys on the weekend and decided to get into restaurant management. finally... a job i can leave at the end of the day... and actually NOT take it home with me!

quite a jump from savin' lives to feedin' the obese with high fat high colesteral foods!! HA!!!

i guess now yu don't need to read my life time observations of bein' the son of an alcoholic. oh yeh how 'bout how i gained 75 lbs the first year i was in the army??!!

so yu workin' in a chain, a family place, or yer OWN??? gonna need chef gordon ramsey??  

wanna see food watch the foodtv "diners dives an' drive ins"!!! the stuff he finds is increadible, can't find any great one round here. well there was nick tahou's garbage plate but now every burger place as one, heck there's even a garbage plate pizza!
