lost!! lost!! lost!! watchin' the preview show i realize how complicated the show really is. when they split the season one kinda forgets all the little nuances.

with the strike it looks this season will be over before i have to mow the lawn.

great stuff jump ahead go back then go waaaaay back then ahead to island time again!!! i bet locke never leaves the island!

i never watched the show enough to understand what's REALLY going on, and now i hear these people that fans are going to meet for the first time... might have super powers?! what are they? some kind of "Heroes"?

i like how the preview says... whether you're a fan or just joining the show for the first time, it's not to late to get "Lost"... well, i would sure be lost if i was JUST NOW joining it for the first time.

no one on lost has super powers like heroes. sum have heightened awareness.  many have changed their personalities, sum good sum bad.

the real force is the island. it is uncharted. the plane crashed 1000 miles off course, drawn there for a reason? it has huge polar bears, huge wild boars, an' a mysterious killer black force that  reacts to peoples minds. sum people see their past an' future, sum can hear the island talk.

the dharma group sumhow found the island an' set up a large base to study the properties of it. they were killed by the original inhabitents. one known fact is all women who get pregnant on the island die.

ben the island leader has cancer on his spine an' it seems sumthing brought the plane carryin' jack the nerosurgeon to the island to save him. he did not count on the crash survivors fightin' his plans.

as for locke, he was a very weak person. he had his kidney stolen by his con man father. durin' a confrontation locke was thown out a window an' ended up in a wheel chair.

after the crash, locke is able to walk an' his personality is totally changed. he has new abilities to compiiment his new strength. as a twist his father conned sawyer's father who commited suicide. saywer took the con man's, became one himself an' has spent his life lookin' to kill that man, locke's father. fate or ? places them all on
the island.

i gotta give it up to the guy who plays locke (seems to be your fav character)... he's been on AT LEAST 10 other serials as a regular or guest star for a few episodes... and never lasted. now he's been on lost, forever. i don't know what that says. somebody finally paid him?
